Is Rezup really free forever?
Yes. The free plan is free forever with no credit card required. You get the full resume builder, all 5 ATS-safe templates, PDF export, and 10 AI credits per month. The free plan never expires.
What do AI credits cover?
Each AI operation uses 1 credit: bullet improvement, job description tailoring, skill gap analysis, and resume import/parsing. Free users get 10 credits per month, reset on the 1st. Pro users get unlimited credits.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period — no immediate downgrade, no fees. We do not offer partial refunds on remaining time.
Is the payment secure?
All payments are processed by Razorpay — a PCI-DSS compliant Indian payment gateway trusted by thousands of businesses. We never store your card details or UPI handles on our servers.
What is the difference between the PDF exports?
Free plan PDF exports include a small 'Made with Rezup' watermark at the bottom. Pro plan exports are completely clean with no watermark, plus you also get DOCX export for companies that require Word format.
Does the Pro plan include the portfolio feature?
Yes. Pro users get a public portfolio page at rezup.in/u/your-username with 5 themes, custom section visibility, QR code, and portfolio view analytics. Free users can preview the portfolio dashboard but cannot publish it publicly.
