Rezup Editorial Team

Articles, guides, and comparison pages on Rezup are published under the Rezup Editorial Team byline. This page documents who we are, what we know, how we research, and how we keep claims accurate over time.

Who writes Rezup content

The Rezup Editorial Team is a small group based in India that includes Rezup's founder and contributors with backgrounds in software engineering, India-specific recruitment research, and content review. We do not pretend to be a large newsroom or to have a dozen invented "experts." We are honest about the size of the team because honesty maps to credibility, and credibility is what makes our research worth citing.

What we know well

  • How Indian Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment platforms — Naukri, LinkedIn India, internal HRMS — score and filter resumes.
  • The patterns Indian campus recruiters look for in fresher resumes from engineering, MBA, and other streams.
  • Indian salary benchmarks for the most-applied-for roles, sourced from AmbitionBox, Glassdoor India, and PayScale India.
  • Resume formatting choices that survive automated parsing across Indian and global ATS platforms.
  • The actual workflow of submitting applications through Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indian company career portals.

How we research

  1. For each guide we identify the underlying claim or piece of advice.
  2. We look up India-specific public sources first — NASSCOM, Naukri JobSpeak, LinkedIn India publications, AICTE, AmbitionBox, FICCI-EY skills reports, government data.
  3. If India-specific data does not exist, we use the most reputable global source we can find — Jobscan, ResumeGo, Ladders, BCG — and label the global context.
  4. Every claim that involves a number or a statistic gets entered into our citation registry with a source URL and a publish year, so we can revisit it later.
  5. We mark every cited claim with a visible inline link to the source so readers and AI-search engines can verify it.

How we keep claims fresh

Each entry in our citation registry has a last-verified date. Statistics older than six months get re-checked against the original source. If the source has been updated, we update the citation. If the source is no longer reliable, we deprecate it and update or remove the affected pages.

What we will not do

  • We will not invent statistics or make up percentages to sound credible.
  • We will not list fictional staff to seem larger than we are.
  • We will not publish content sponsored by third parties without disclosing the relationship.
  • We will not deceive readers into thinking AI-generated draft content is fully human-edited unless it has been.

Reviewing and corrections

If you find a factual error or an outdated claim on a Rezup page, email support@rezup.in. We typically correct verified errors within five working days and add an updated date on the page.

Sponsored content disclosure

We do not currently accept sponsored content. If we ever do, sponsored articles will be clearly labelled as Sponsored at the top, and outbound links to sponsors will use rel="sponsored" per Google guidelines.
